The Hanoi People's Committee recently issued Plan No. 81/KH-UBND on developing logistics services in Hanoi in 2022.
Accordingly, the plan is to develop logistics activities to promote production, traditional trade, international trade, bongdaso con e-commerce.
Also, the plan will develop logistics, synchronous transportation, bongdaso con commercial bongdaso con service infrastructure, which will raise Hanoi an essential regional logistics hub nationally.
This plan of the Hanoi People's Committee will motivate logistics enterprises to innovate bongdaso con transfer to level 3 (3PL), level 4 (4PL), towards level 5 (5PL), e-logistics based on e-commerce development bongdaso con modern, efficient, professional supply chain management.
Hanoi city will concretize logistics centers bongdaso con infrastructure plans for logistics services in the area. In 2022, the City targets the construction of two ICDs in Co Bi commune, Gia Lam district, bongdaso con Duc Thuong Commune, Hoai Duc district. The other 2 logistics centers (in Phu Xuyen district bongdaso con Soc Son district) need to determine the location, boundary, bongdaso con specific area.
In addition, the City also approved the investment proposal of an international container port in Co Bi commune bongdaso con Dang Xa commune, Gia Lam district. On the other hand, the City keeps promoting investment in logistics service infrastructure projects.
The plan will be conducted by government funding bongdaso con other sources such as individuals businesses regarding the budget.
In infrastructure, Hanoi will develop a smart transport system, transforming logistics infrastructures such as inland waterway ports, airports, railways, warehousing, etc. The City also generates platforms between shippers, carriers, bongdaso con customers bongdaso con reviews plans to build a centralized import-export goods inspection area.
To become a key logistics center of the Northern region, Hanoi will: promote cooperation between logistics enterprises; attract major global/ domestics logistics service providers to set up headquarters, branches, bongdaso con transaction offices inside the City.
Hanoi will increase neighboring localities' connection, the Northern key economic region, bongdaso con provinces bongdaso con cities throughout the country to facilitate the transportation goods distribution with other localities.
